“The service that Alive Network and Susanna offered was second to none, both parties were helpful, professional and outstanding in all categories. Susanna was very welcoming and gave up her own time for us to hear her play and to help us in the decission of which songs were chosen for each part of the service. “Found Gemma, the Organiser, to be very kind and accommodating about any changes I wanted to make, and always very helpful, which was reassuring. Gemma liaised very well with the harpist, conveying our wishes and putting them into practice. Susanna, the harpist, was fantastic. She learnt new hymns for us at pretty short notice and her playing was beautiful. It really lifted the service into another realm. Susanna seemed to be a quietly confident person and we never felt remotely worried about anything going wrong. Towards the wedding day she contacted me a couple of times to finalise details. As well as her lovely playing, Susanna was very charming in appearance and manner. We will definitely recommend her, and book her again ourselves if ever we have the occasion to do so. Thanks to all of you for giving our wedding day that extra factor.”
